Interpreting Your Own Dreams
Author: Willow // Category: Dreams Interpretation, online dream interpretationPeople dream almost every time they sleep. Some dreams are good and tranquil. These kinds of dreams wake you up and leave you peaceful the whole day.
On the other hand, some dreams are terrifying. These are dreams that wake you in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. Other dreams are vivid and story like. Dreams like that sometimes leave you tired in the mornings. They give you the feeling of being busy all night.
Most of these dreams are cast away immediately as products of the unconscious mind, while others bother the dreamer enough to seek an interpretation. The problem is that not everyone has immediate access to a dream interpreter or a dream dictionary. In cases like that, the dreamer can easily interpret his own dream by looking at recent or future events in his life.
To start off, the dreamer must write down as much of the dream as he can remember. This should be done first because dreamers loose more information as wakefulness continues. After that, the dreamer should read what he has written and highlight significant, odd and recurrent symbols. In example, the dreamer has dreamt of a death in the family. He should find out if he has been worried about the physical or emotional health of a close relative or family member.
