Author: Willow  //  Category: Remembering Dreams

Several theories have abounded as to why people dream, how dreams occur and what meanings can be assigned to dreams. It is said that dreams provide insights into people’s lives and for many; it is difficult to remember their dreams. It seems impossible but with conscious effort, it is indeed possible to remember one’s dreams.

1.    Be mindful and make a firm decision to remember your dream. If there’s a will, there’s a way, isn’t it.
2.    Put a pen and pad within your reach. Plain paper will be better because you’ll be using this to record your dreams.
3.    Put the alarm clock near your bed to wake you up a few hours after you’ve gotten sleep.

6.    Concentrate on remembering your dream.
7.    Record your dream on your journal.
8.    If it works the first time, do it another time.
9.    Increase the number of dreams you record.
10.    If the dreams you recorded seem to have similar meanings, decipher it.
11.    Check the meaning from a dream interpreter or dream dictionary.
