A study conducted by University of Montreal revealed that about eight percent of dreams by both men are women are sex dreams. However, the experts revealed that despite these findings, sex dreams are not what they seem.

Dr. Antonio Zadra, the head of the study, revealed that men’s sex dreams usually include having intercourse with multiple partners in unknown or public places while women’s sex dreams features having intercourse with famous personalities.

Dream interpreters stated that there’s an underlying meaning on these visions. According to psychologist and dream interpreter Dr. Gilliam Holloway, sex dreams are normal and that it doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s a problem in a person’s romantic or sex life. It could mean that there are some experiences that a person refuses to try in real life because of fear. In a way, dreams are exaggerations and dramatic, according to Dr. Holloway.

One of the common dreams or nightmares is a person finding himself or herself naked or with just lingerie on in public. Dr. Holloway said that this reflects how one reacts about others viewing his or her relationship and not about having the desire to conduct indecent exposure.

In the end, one should take these dreams seriously but rather focus on how to live well in the real world.
